Interim ER Advisor

Interim HR/ER Advisor London Hybrid up to 45K July start3-4 days working from home, 1-2 days on the office 14 month contract What you''ll do:Lead on employee relations issues disciplinary, grievances, performance, absence, family rights, and more.Ensure managers stay compliant with policies and employment law.Own HR casework from start to finish, pushing for fast resolutions.Support change management including TUPE, redundancy, restructures, and contract updates.Produce reports, letters, and documentation accurately and on time.Deliver training to managers and back up recruitment and induction efforts.Collaborate with HR and operational teams to meet business goals.Travel regionally when needed and handle ad hoc projects. What you bring:Proven experience as an HR or Employee Relations Advisor from a fast paced multisite environment Sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.Strong communicator with confidence at all levels.Ability to juggle priorities and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat.Team player with a can-do attitude.
