Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsDevelops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by othersIdentifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systemsLeads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs and applicability for use within existing systemsLeads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new technologiesContributes to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with applied experienceExperience as a full stack developer, including advanced proficiency in front-end technologies, specifically ReactProficiency in Python programmingProficiency in SQL programmingProficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Experience with automation and continuous delivery methodsHands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stabilityDemonstrated proficiency in code optimization and refactoring to enhance scalability and performanceAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and securityPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
