The Role As Fabrication and Assembly Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing and Fabrication Department, producing bespoke steel security doors and associated hardware. The role involves supervising a small team of four operatives as well as carrying out basic welding, fabrication, and assembly tasks. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of 4 operatives in fabrication and assembly Carry out welding, general fabrication, and assembly duties Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy are consistently met Interpret and work from manufacturing drawings and specifications Plan and organise workflow to meet production deadlines Maintain good housekeeping and ensure safe workshop practices Skills and Experience Required Previous supervisory experience in an assembly or workshop environment Strong planning and organisational skills Hands-on workshop/sheet metal fabrication experience Proficient with hand tools (grinding, cut
