Main Duties: As a Assistant Management Accountant your main duties include: Responsible for all Balance Sheets and ensure Balance Sheet reconciliations completed monthly Contributing to the preparation of management accounts To drive continuous improvement in the finance function with emphasis on controls and improvement of existing processes Identify areas where the business can be more efficient and improve existing Purchase and Sales Ledger procedures Point of contact for Auditors and completion of statutory accounts Ensure compliance is up to date for HMRC and Companies House Daily transactional processing Preparing accruals and prepayments Supporting with VAT and tax returns Ensuring compliance with financial processes.
