We are building a bank of talented, resilient graduates ready to support students in the new academic year.This role is ideal for Psychology graduates or recent graduates from any discipline with relevant experience - for example, as a youth worker, mentor, or teaching assistant - who have a genuine interest in helping young people overcome behavioural challenges and achieve their potential.About the roleAs a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will: Work 1:1 with individual students or support small groups with behaviour management Assist with pastoral matters such as attendance, wellbeing, and engagement Communicate with parents, SENCOs, Heads of Year, and Form Tutors regarding student progress Encourage positive behaviours and support an inclusive learning environment, regardless of background or circumstance Monitor and report on students'' progress to ensure the right support strategies are in placeWhat we''re looking for A UK degree (Psychology or related field preferred) Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (e.g., youth work, school-based roles, mentoring) A resilient and patient nature - these roles can be challen
