Hospitality and Events Manager

to join our team at our prestigious venue in central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a five-star experience across the entire facility, including executive and boardroom spaces. This role involves overseeing the seamless delivery of high-level corporate catering, ensuring that all meetings, events, private dining, and engagement sessions reflect our client''s renowned brand standards.Additionally, the role requires managing external large-scale bookings for our commercial restaurant. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will support the integration of restaurant operations with our premium events programming, ranging from intimate private dinners to large-scale celebrations.This position offers a competitive salary along with comprehensive benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the daily operations of the hospitality department, ensuring seamless and professional service.Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team to deliver outstanding dining and event experiences.Collaborating with executives, PA teams, chefs, and catering staff to design and deliver tailored hospitality solutions.Coordinating logistics for boardroom set-ups, dining, and events, ensuring flawless execution.Maintaining the highest standards of service etiquette, discretion, and professionalism for VIP guests.Monitoring quality and customer feedback, driving continuous improvements across the service offering.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, allergen, and regulatory requirements.Supporting the Restaurant Manager in driving revenue growth, optimising venue usage, and exploring new business opportunities.What are we looking for?Luxury hospitality and events experience:
