Our client is a well establish service provider based in Inverness. Having won multiple awards they are now looking to grow their team with a Trainee Service and IT Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the installation, setup, and configuration of photocopiers, printers, and multi-functional devices (MFDs) Supporting with network connectivity tasks, including scanning setup, driver installation, and integrating devices with customer IT systems. Learning how to diagnose hardware and software faults both remotely and on-site. Carry out routine equipment maintenance to ensure devices are running smoothly and efficiently. Helping to maintain service records, complete job reports, and support senior engineers What We re Looking For: A keen interest in IT, electronics, or mechanical engineering Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, network connectivity (IP addressing), and general troubleshooting Good problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on attitude Strong communication skills and a professional manner with customers Full UK driving licence (or working towards it) Willingness to learn and develop technical skills through structured training.
