Pastry Chef de Partie

to support one of our high-end hospitality clients during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional kitchen environment, producing high-quality desserts and pastries as part of a skilled brigade.The Role:

Assist with the preparation and production of desserts, pastries, and baked goods

Maintain excellent standards of presentation and consistency

Work alongside a professional kitchen team in a fast-paced setting

Ensure health and safety and food hygiene standards are met at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry CDP or similar role

Confident working independently in the pastry section

Up-to-date

Food Hygiene Certificate

and

Allergy Awareness

(Level 2+)

Own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes

Right to work in the UK and available for September start
