We are working in partnership with a secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a Head of Year for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join a supportive team and make a real impact on students\'' academic and personal development.Responsibilities

Lead and manage the pastoral care of a designated year group.Monitor attendance, behaviour, and academic progress.Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to support student welfare.Implement school policies and contribute to a positive school culture.Organise and oversee year group events and activities.Qualifications

Previous experience in a pastoral or leadership role within a secondary school setting.Strong communication and organisational skills.Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.A valid DBS on the Update Service is essential.Why Join Us?
