full training and clinical support

to work in complex areas such as tracheotomy care, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more!We provide exceptional care for people of all ages in their homes and community, with complex needs including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and others.Key Responsibilities:Deliver personalized care to clients with complex needs, including support for spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other conditions.Travel within a

100-mile radius

to client locations, providing rapid care where needed.Work on an

on-call rota

to ensure timely support for clients.Receive ongoing clinical training to expand skills in areas like tracheotomy, ventilation, stoma care, and seizure management.Be adaptable and ready for varied challenges daily, making a real difference in clients’ lives.Maintain accurate care records compliant with regulations.QualificationsWhat you’ll need:Experience in Complex care is essential, with a desire to learn and develop.Willingness to travel up to 100 miles and work on an on-call rota.Ability to handle complex care needs professionally and compassionately.A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.A proactive attitude and commitment to professional growth.
