Senior Health Care Assistant

Day shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift, Overtime, Weekend availabilityWe are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering compassionate support.Must have:- Care work experience to a senior level.- Meds trained- Care qualifications and training.- Enhanced DBS.- References.Responsibilities:1 2 1 CareAssist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eatingSupport residents with mobility and physical activitiesMaintain accurate care records and assist in the development of care plansCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and the care teamProvide emotional support to residents and promote their independenceAssist in the organisation of recreational activities for residentsQualifications:1 2 1 care experience.Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is desirable.Ability to create and implement care plans effectively.Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.Familiarity with working in a care home environment.Fluency in the English language.Providing care: 2 years (required)NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care (preferred)Benefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingDiscover a Place Where Dignity and Compassion Reside
