• Supporting children with SEN, helping them to feel confident, safe, and ready to learn

• Assisting teachers in creating fun, inclusive learning activities

• Working 1:1 or in small groups, encouraging independence and celebrating achievements

• Helping to create a positive, supportive atmosphere in the classroom

• Patience, empathy, and a positive outlook

• Experience with children or young people (in schools, nurseries, youth work, or care) is great - but the right attitude matters most
