And on and off-site highway features, in accordance with the appropriate standards and codes e.g. Design Manual for Roads and Bridges, and Manual for StreetsBe responsible for writing fee proposalsProficient in AutoCAD and Site 3D or equivalent 3D softwareWhat you need to succeedIncorporated Engineer (IEng) [or working towards] with the Institution of Civil EngineersA degree or HND in Civil Engineering5+ years’ consultancy experienceExperience working with local authorities, developers and architects on civil engineering aspects of residential, commercial and retirement/care schemesVaried experience working on schemes through the planning process; from pre-app through to condition dischargeCivil engineering project management experience including projects combining drainage, external works and highways elements.
