We''re growing rapidly and are looking for a skilled and passionate Solar Electrician to join our team and help take our installations to the next level.Role Overview: As a Solar Electrician, you will be responsible for wiring and commissioning solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with roofers and project managers to ensure each installation is completed to the highest technical and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Carry out electrical installation of solar PV systems, including inverters, isolators, batteries, and EV chargers.Connect DC cables run by roofers through conduits, and complete AC connections to the consumer unit.Perform system testing, commissioning, and handover as per MCS and NICEIC guidelines.Liaise with DNOs for grid connection, G98/G99 submissions, and meter upgrades when required.Ensure compliance with current wiring regulations (BS 7671) and solar industry best practices.Maintain detailed documentation including test certificates, commissioning reports, and site photos.Support customers and answer technical questions during or after installation if needed.What We''re Looking For:Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) wit
