Commercial and Domestic Plumber

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commercial and Domestic Plumber to join a growing team of engineers. The role will involve carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations across a variety of commercial and residential sites.

The successful candidate will be confident working independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Duties

The Plumber will be responsible for:

- Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems
- Installing and repairing hot and cold water systems
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults efficiently
- Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works
- Working on systems including pipework, sanitaryware, valves, pumps and drainage
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
- Accurately completing service reports and job documentation
- Liaising with site managers, clients and other engineers when required
- Providing a professional and reliable service to clients

Requirements

- Proven experience as a commercial and/or domestic plumber
- Experience with maintenance and installation work
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and pipework
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Full UK driving licence

- Salary: £45,000

- Full time – Monday to Friday
