Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)

or someone actively working towards chartership (APC) who wants to take their career forward with a supportive, professional practice.The Role:Undertake a full range of building surveying services across both private and public sector projects.Provide professional advice on construction, property maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment.Carry out surveys, inspections, schedules of condition, defect analysis, and report writing.Contribute to project delivery from inception to completion, liaising directly with clients and contractors.What They''re Looking For:RICS Chartered (MRICS/FRICS)
