Senior Operations Manager Worcestershire SME Manufacturing High Autonomy A well-established SME manufacturing business in Worcestershire is looking to appoint a hands-on Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day site operations and play a key role in the future growth of the business. This is a broad operational leadership role with full autonomy across production, warehouse, logistics, facilities, projects, and people management.
