Ashley Kate HR are pleased to support a well-established client that are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a full-time permanent basis.This role will be based at their Office in Grantham with a salary of up to 45,000 + 5k Car allowance plus additional great benefits. This role is a fully office-based role. You will be required to travel to fulfil the requirements of the role. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will play a key role within the business that focuses on aligning business objectives with employees and management.
