I would love to hear from any experienced HR Advisors looking for a new role in the Norwich area.-This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, and due to the nature of the role it is mainly office based in central Norwich.-
As a generalist People Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for employees, offering expert HR support across the business.
The role:-
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Lead on employee casework and advise on absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary issues
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and staff inductions
- Work with the wider People team to help deliver learning, development, and wellbeing initiatives
- Carry out general HR administration as required
- Proven experience in a similar HR or People Advisor role
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- A proactive attitude to learning and professional development
- A genuine passion for fostering a positive and people-focused workplace culture
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel-
- Ability to adapt and respond to a wide range of day-to-day challenges
