We re looking for a LandD Training Facilitator to join our team in Vauxhall, working part-time (28 hours per week). This is a hands-on facilitation role where you ll deliver engaging, inclusive and consistent learning across the organisation helping staff build the therapeutic knowledge and practical skills they need to support clients effectively. Working closely with the LandD Manager, you ll deliver training across virtual, hybrid and face-to-face formats, ensuring learning is accessible, well-timed, and aligned with operational needs. Your work will span everything from mandatory and compliance training to induction, EDI, leadership and management development, as well as specialist modules covering recovery, trauma-informed practice, justice, housing, clinical and employment services.
