Full training will be provided on our systems and specific duties, ensuring you have the support needed to succeed in the role. Key Responsibilities: Provide treatment room services, including wound care, immunisations, blood pressure monitoring, and other general nursing tasks. Support chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD) under the supervision of the GPs. Assist with health screening and preventative care (e.g., health checks, smoking cessation, weight management). Conduct cervical smear tests and other routine screenings. Provide advice to patients on lifestyle changes and general health promotion. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
