The Managing Quantity Surveyor will be site based in West London, overseeing 3 Quantity Surveyors working on a large social housing refurbishment project.Duties:10+ years in commercial / QS rolesStrong Main Contractor backgroundExperience running large-scale projects (£40m-£70m+)Confident leading teams (2-5 people)Solid understanding of JCT and NEC contractsStrong negotiator - not just technically goodComfortable being client-facingOn offer is a negotiable basic salary plus car allowance, healthcare and pension.
