Pay Rates: -15.35/hr (Weekdays) | -17.06/hr (Nights)

Shift Types: Flexible mixture of long and short shifts (Day and Night rotations available)

To be successful in this specialist role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Sector Experience: Proven experience supporting children and young people specifically within a residential care setting.

• Behavioral Expertise: Confidence in utilizing de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally.

• Flexibility: Adaptability to work across varied residential and community settings throughout the Portsmouth and Southampton areas.

• Key Skills: Strong understanding of safeguarding policies, excellent observational skills, and the ability to provide accurate written reporting while on shift.

• Driving: A full UK driver''s license (with business insurance) is highly desirable.
