Support Worker / AandE Crisis and Early Intervention Navigator who has experience working with adults impacted by violence, trauma or addiction is required to provide hospital and community-based interventions for adults who present as patients often as a result of violence, but with complex social needs and experiencing multiple social disadvantages.
