Key Responsibilities: Delivering individualised support to students with diverse learning needs. Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning plans. Monitoring and recording student progress, reporting to SEN coordinators and parents. Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a SEN role or similar educational support position is advantageous but not essential. We look beyond experience and focus on what you can do.
