We are recruiting a driving consultant for our client based in Dartord. This is one of the best specialist driving sector agencies in the UK extremely respected in their field and are currently investing heavily in growing their business throughout the UK. You will need to have a minimum of one years experience working for an agency that supplies Class 1 and 2 and 7.5 tonne drivers. A full understanding of drivers hours and regulations is a must. You will need to be able to build excellent relationships with the clients and drivers in order for them to have a full trust in your ability to provide an outstanding service. The Job: Advertising roles on various Job Boards and Social Media Resourcing and registering high quality and reliable drivers Ensuring Drivers are legal and compliant Placing the drivers into contracts Building strong relationships with existing clients and drivers Developing new business Shared On call duties to ensure a smooth service for the clients The Benefits Basic salary 35k plus a guaranteed 5k bonus Plus an Excellent commision structure Pension scheme Please note: This is a Monday-Friday office based role, not remote or hybrid.
