Payroll Supervisor
Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly prestigious organisation, who are seeking to appoint a Payroll Supervisor to join their Finance division. This position is a hybrid position of 2 days working from home, with a range of extensive benefits including 30 days holiday plus bank holiday plus closure over Christmas and a generous benefit pension scheme. Duties will include; Assist with the monthly payroll reconciliation, ensuring accurate data is provided to financial services to update the general ledger Provide support to managers and employees on the scheme operation, acting as the first point of contact for more complex queries that cannot be handled by the team. Prepare and deliver Payroll and Pensions related training activities as required Check payroll input and output for accuracy and redress any discrepancies before the payroll is finalised Ensure compliance with relevant HMRC legislation and statutory codes of practice, as advised.
