As a Health Coach here at Numan, you’d be joining a strong team of coaches who are passionate about health and lifestyle, working on our Weight Loss Programme.

This role is 7 month fixed-term contract, 32 hours/week.You’ll be:

Working remotely alongside a team of experienced Health Coaches to deliver high quality, evidence-based health coaching to our Weight Loss patients, via chat and calls.Managing your own patient caseload effectively and efficiently.Working regularly with your patients on their Weight Loss journey to educate, encourage and motivate them to make important and sustainable habit changes, based on well researched evidence.Collaborating with the team on exciting projects within the Health Coaching world.We’re looking for someone who:

Holds an undergraduate degree in a health or life sciences discipline eg. Nutrition, sport sciences, psychology, sport psychology, nutritional therapy, behaviour change, dietetics, exercise physiology, public healthHas some experience in health coaching or health advisory rolesDemonstrates a strong interest in growth within digital health coachingIs an excellent problem solverUnderstands lifestyle and habit changes for obesity and weight lossCan work well remotely, independently and as part of a teamHas good attention to detailIs passionate about digital health and confident in using technologyCan prioritise simultaneous communications with patients alongside other activitiesDemonstrates natural empathy and careIs committed to learning and upskilling through CPDIt’s a bonus if you have:
