Exciting Opportunity to join a growing business - HR Administrator - Hybrid - Central London Your new company A well-established and growing international business, operating across multiple sectors and offering strong opportunities for progression within a professional environment.Your new role As an HR Administrator, you will report directly to the HR Director and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function.Your responsibilities will include:Managing contracts of employment and onboarding processesCoordinating offboarding and return-to-work documentationIssing training certificates and maintaining accurate HR recordsSupporting employee relations (ER) activity, including note-taking and involvement in caseworkProducing HR reports for management packs, including starters, leavers, and turnover dataAssisting with wider HR and office management-related tasksThis role offers strong exposure across HR, with the opportunity to develop further into ER and broader HR responsibilities over time.What you''ll need to succeed Previous experience in an HR administrative roleStrong organisational skills and ability to manage confidential informationExperience with HR processes such as contracts, onboarding, and reportingCIPD Level is desiredA proactive mindset with a desire for career progressionConfidence supporting or getting involved in employee relations activityWhat you''ll get in return Salary of £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)25 days holidayH
