A bit about the Print Account Manager position: Quoting and processing customer orders from your allocated accounts Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally Grow relationships with existing clients Carrying out artwork checks and ensuring smooth production Monitoring orders through to successful delivery Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention About the successful Print Account Manager: 3+ years of print Client Services / Sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organised mindset Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach Knowledge and understanding of various print technologies (Digital, Litho, Large Format) etc.) Collaborative team player Benefits: - Salary between 30,000 and 35,000 per annum - Performance Bonus scheme - Supportive work
