The business is expanding and investing in its technology and operations, creating an opportunity for an experienced Platform Administrator to join the team and support the ongoing development of its investment platform.The RoleThe Platform Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm''s investment platform. This is a varied position that combines platform administration, adviser support, operational oversight, and data monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with the platform technology provider on operational mattersHandle queries from financial advisers and operate the platform helpdeskManage the client services inbox and maintain the platform systemUpdate and maintain the back-office CRM and daily task dashboardsMonitor platform accounts, including cash balances, withdrawals and Direct DebitsCarry out monthly platform and DFM fee checks and reportingSupport platform migrations and monitor transfer fundsAssist with operational reporting, statements and platform documentationMaintain error logs and contribute to improving operational processesExperience and SkillsMinimum 4 years'' experience in the financial services sectorGood understanding of investment platformsExcellent telephone and client communication skillsStrong written and verbal comm
