Overview
Resourcing Business Partner role at Hockey Moves International R. Embedded in Thames Water as part of the Operations team, focusing on technicians across all levels. The role involves building relationships across the organisation and delivering recruitment services that align with the business strategy and continuous improvement objectives.Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with candidates, key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners and outsourced preferred suppliers (PSL)Direct source and recruit candidates from a variety of sources, including profiling and head hunting, and sourcing via various job boardsConduct in-depth telephone assessments and comprehensive interviewing and work history reviewMaintain talent pipelines to meet future resource requirements, particularly in the Technician spaceCollaborate with the Senior Resourcing Business Partners in the Technician team to share best practice and ensure a consistent approachSupport a positive candidate experience across the end-to-end recruitment processConsult with Hiring Managers to understand vacancies, provide insight on routes to market and salary benchmarkingAgree recruitment strategy with Hiring Managers to meet set SLAs and KPIsThere are over 100 Technician vacancies across the Operations team, contributing to short, medium and long-term recruitment strategy to future-proof site-based roles.What We Are Looking For
Experience as an onsite recruiter or agency recruiter seeking to work onsite, with a passion for recruitment and customer serviceFully PC literate; able to pick up new systems. Experience with SAP and bespoke applicant tracking systems such as Kallidus is preferredComfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment; ability to follow recruitment methodologies and frameworks, prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlinesRecruitment experience across different levels, direct sourcing, and securing placements in short time scales; experience liaising with external agencies and off-site clientsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a team focused on client outcomes. Competitive salary, 24 days holiday increasing to 29 with length of service, and a contributory pension. The role is based in Reading with flexible working from home options aligned to the client hybrid policy. Onsite presence is required a minimum of 2 days per week to collaborate with the team and stakeholders across sites, with additional onsite support during initial training and at careers fairs or talent events.Location
