Internal Sales Executive - BarnsleySalary to £30k + commission with a first year OTE of £40kOur client is a market leading company in a niche sector who have been established for over 60 years, in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of engineering equipment. They are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as an Internal Sales Executive. Job Description: Duties for the Internal Sales Executive will include: Prepare quotations within company time framesEnsure correct product selection to satisfy clients requirementsBuild rapport, maintain relationships and establish customer loyaltyThe Internal Sales Executive will also be required to liaise at all levels with customers, area managers and internal colleaguesEnsure profitable sales are maintainedIdentify market trends and feedback to managementMaintain company CRM systemPurchase products with compliance of mandatory requirementsMaintain company procedures and systemsIdentify training needs It would be good to see candidates for the Internal Sales Executive role with the following: Experience of working in a similar environmentCustomer facing salesMust be computer literateGood communication skillsStrong team player with excellent time management skillsAbility to seek and develop leads in to long lasting professional relationshipsSelf-motivated and ability to manage workload
