You will be serving customers face to face and handling incoming telephone enquiries, and will be expected to professionally and efficiently deal with queries, converting them into orders whilst providing exceptional consumer advice on our products. The role would candidates with previous experience working in the retail sector for companies like Carphone Warehouse, John Lewis, Currys, BandQ or similar. We are looking for candidates with proven sales experience and customer service skills who have the confidence to approach customers. You must have good PC skills and be a fast learner with the ability to retain product information, along with good telephone skills to follow up on orders.
