AssocRICS Building Surveyor - Professional and project work - Hybrid working - Essex My client is an established multi-disciplinary independent Chartered Surveying practice. They are a team make up of genuine individuals who are positive and forward thinking. They put heavy emphasis on delivering the best possible outcome for their clients and have a developed a solid client base of returning customers. They have serious growth plans and ambitions to challenge the status quo and take market share from the traditional real estate firms. The workload will be a range of Building Surveying work including Project Management and Contract Administration, Section 21 reports, dilapidations and, Party wall work (If you have experience in some but not all of this type of work, please still feel welcome to apply, my client is able to be flexible depending on the skill set). They are happy to provide training and support for the correct AssocRICS Surveyor along with MRICS support. Hybrid working situation depending on where you are located but likely 2-4 visits required to their Essex office per week, open to discussion. All figures and details quoted are approximate and subject to contract detailing.
