This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple industries, including chemical and petrochemical, nuclear, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and biopharma.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the ECandI engineering and design team, including personnel development, training, recruitment, and resource allocation.Ensure strict quality control and adherence to relevant industry standards across all ECandI engineering and design projects.Oversee multi-discipline projects spanning concept, design, and commissioning.Maintain budget and planning oversight, managing changes and client expectations effectively.Participate in internal and external design reviews, ensuring seamless project execution.Provide technical expertise, making independent decisions on ECandI engineering matters.Collaborate across disciplines, coordinating efforts between ECandI, Mechanical, Civil and Structural, Process, and Automation teams.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a line manager.At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Engineer ECandI in multi-discipline projects within an Engineering / EPCM / EPC environment.MEng/BEng in ECandI Engineering, preferably Chartered Engineer or working towards chartershi
