As Director of Housing and Customer Services, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver on that belief across our housing portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring our housing and customer services are inclusive, responsive, and of the highest quality. You’ll lead a broad remit that includes tenancy and income management, landlord and agency services, and customer experience. Your work will help ensure the customer voice is embedded in everything we do.
