Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.THE ROLEWe are looking for a Trading Assistant to join our Digital team at Allsaints to support the day-to-day operations of the Allsaints websites.. This role sits within our Digital trade team, and reports into the Digital Trading Coordinator. The Trading Assistant is responsible for the pre-launch enrichment and setup of online products, as well as ongoing site maintenance and merchandising to drive sales and ensure a consistent brand experience.WHAT WILL I BE DOINGEnsure all products are accurately enriched and set up pre-launch, including imagery, badges, size guides, copy, categorisation and attributes.Manage upsell and cross-sell recommendations for new and existing productsMaintain site accuracy through regular site checks, including ensuring product badges, size filters and colour groupings are updated and maintained.Support the Digital Trading Coordinator in ensuring the product visual merchandising of the website is always maintained, utilising trade and stock knowledge to align with the business goals.Maintain web pages by ensuring all collections, product images, badges and videos are up to date with seasonal launches.Product reporting: Manage reporting for product launch updates, seasonal tracker summaries, reporting on launch percentages, reasons for product not being online and proactively seeking resolution for products to launch on lineSupport the Digital team during campaign and promotional launches through site testing and walkthroughs.Manage email and performance marketing VM alignment with category and listing pages for a smooth customer experience.WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLEHighly organised and strong attention to detailEnthusiastic and flexible in response to a high paced fashion environmentStrong communications and teamwork skillsProficient in Google docs / Excel , with data entry and formatting experiencePassion for fashion and retailABOUT THE LOCATIONBased in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health and beauty.
