What We''re Looking For

Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role

Strong understanding of employee relations and UK employment law

Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of a business

A hands-on approach with high energy and a proactive mindset

Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments (ideally retail or similar)
