Hours: Monday to Friday, Double Days with early finish Fridays

Are you an enthusiastic Engineering Technician with a background in FMCG manufacturing?

We''re recruiting for a skilled Engineering Technician to join a growing production site in Norfolk. You''ll play a key role in maintaining filling and packaging machinery, ensuring smooth production, and working to GMP standards in a regulated cleanroom environment.

The Role:

• Set up and change over production machinery

• Respond quickly to breakdowns and running issues

• Strip down, clean, and reassemble equipment in line with GMP

• Keep accurate records and audit-ready paperwork

• Store and maintain all change parts and tooling

• Support the weekly production plan and shift handovers

What You''ll Need:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments

• Knowledge of packaging equipment, conveyors, fillers, and line changeovers

• Mechanical fault-finding and basic electrical understanding

• Strong focus on quality, compliance, and teamwork

• Confident using Microsoft systems for logging and reporting
