Maintenance Engineer Oxford I am currently recruiting for my client for a maintenance engineer for a private Hospital in Oxford. You will have an electrical qualification and a proven record in commercial maintenance. Sector: Health Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, including changing bulbs, led''s, lighting, sockets and data points, fault finding to panels and fuse boards, visual and audio checks on plant equipment, such as pumps, motors, maintenance with AHU''s and fan coil units as well as escorting sub contractors and general paperwork. Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday and a call out 1 in 4 (paid 100 for the week and 4 hours min for any call out) Salary is 41K with company benefits and more.
