Key ResponsibilitiesLead UK-wide corporate security operations, ensuring high service standards.Manage client relationships, SLAs, and MSAs to exceed expectations.Collaborate with internal teams on training, quality assurance, and admin.Advise clients on security strategy and emerging technologies.Manage all financial aspects: budgeting, payroll, PandL reporting.Support business development through tenders and proposals.Set and monitor KPIs to drive performance and innovation.
