This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic organisation that is delivering high-quality refurbishment projects and making a real difference to communities across the region.About the RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for refurbishment schemes valued between 3m - 4m. You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably, on time, and to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all commercial aspects of refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets and forecasts.Undertake valuations, variations, and final accounts.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.Prepare and negotiate contracts, procurement schedules, and cost reports.Provide accurate financial reporting and risk management.Work collaboratively with site teams and attend site 3 days per week, with 1-2 days based in the office.What We''re Looking ForProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.Strong background in refurbishment projects, ideally in the social housing sector.Track reco
