This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in promoting a positive learning culture and ensuring that every student feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.Key ResponsibilitiesCorridor Supervision: Maintaining a calm and orderly environment during transitions and break times, promoting positive behaviour around the school.On-Call Support: Responding promptly to behaviour incidents, providing de-escalation and restorative support to help students re-engage with learning.Exclusion Unit Support: Working closely with pupils in the inclusion/exclusion unit, delivering mentoring and reflection sessions to help them modify behaviour and reintegrate successfully into lessons.Mentoring and Guidance: Building trusted relationships with students, acting as a positive role model and offering daily pastoral support.Collaboration: Working closely with Heads of Year, pastoral leads, and teaching staff to support the school''s behaviour and inclusion strategies.The Ideal Candidate Will:Have experience working with secondary-aged students in a school or
