Real Estate team and welcome applications from Residential Property Associate candidates. The team acts for private UK buyers and sellers, as well as overseas clients and is positioned on panels of many leading mortgage lenders.If successful, you can expect a mix of work acting for buyers and sellers in relation to purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property. Your responsibilities might include but not be limited to:Reviewing, drafting and amending contracts, deeds, letters and reportsCompleting search submissions and land registry formalities, researching titles and handling subsequent queriesManaging exchange, completion and post-completion mattersAdvising on financial management matters such as mortgage redemption, transfer of equity and re-mortgage processesHandling residential tenancy and licence mattersProviding advice on residential property transactions for new developmentsSecured lending workWe can provide you with an excellent platform to develop both your technical ability and business development skills within a supportive and thriving team.Whilst you will be part of a large real estate team which spans our other offices (especially Oxford, Reading, Southampton and Cardiff), you will be working exclusively in the real estate team in our Oxford office. You will likely soon develop close client relationships that will endure through your career.
