Job Title: Learning Support Assistants

Location: Sutton, South London

Please note: Applicants must live south of the River Thames, within 5-10 miles of Sutton, due to travel and schools start times.

Overview:

Sugarman Education is recruiting experienced Learning Support Assistants for a specialist SEND school in Sutton. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2025, running through the full academic year.

You''ll work with pupils aged 4-11 with autism, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional needs. The school offers strong support and a team-focused environment

Key Details:

Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 4:00pm (term-time only)

-440550 weekly pay, depending on experience (PAYE or umbrella)

Full academic year commitment required

1:1 and small group SEN support

Excellent opportunity to gain long-term school experience

You Must:

Live within 5-10 miles of Sutton (SM postcode)

Have at least 6 months'' experience supporting children with SEN

Be able to provide two recent employment references

Have an Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or be willing to apply for one

Be reliable, proactive, and confident in the classroom
