Duties of a Sales Executive In this role you will be working in the Retail Sales Team to grow dealership sales and promote electric mobility solutions to retail customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Handling new and used vehicle sales enquiries, both in-person and online Providing knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers about electric vehicles and finance options Meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores Delivering professional vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintaining accurate sales records and following all compliance and FCA requirements Skills and experience of a Sales Executive As a Sales Executive, you need to have experience with: Working in an automotive sale
