SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our specialist school supporting pupils with ASD. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students, promoting their academic, social, emotional, and communication development.

Key responsibilities include creating personalised learning programmes, implementing effective behaviour support strategies, working collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with ASD, strong communication skills, and a commitment to enabling every pupil to achieve their full potential.

The right candidate will live locally to Colchester, have strong SEN experience and be able to commit to the SEN Teacher role on a long term basis.
