Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 20.75 per hour

We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Housing Management Team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will undertake duties to support tenants in managing their tenancies. Responsibilities include handling tenancy change and permission requests, as well as undertaking enforcement action, as required.
Responsibilities

• Support tenants in managing their tenancies effectively.
• Handle tenancy change and permission requests promptly and accurately.
• Undertake necessary enforcement actions in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tenant interactions.

• Demonstrable experience in social housing, specifically in tenancy management/enforcement roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Access to a vehicle with business use insurance cover.
• Valid driving licence.
