Production Supervisor - Manufacturing | Full-Time | Shifts
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join a modern manufacturing operation in Derry/ Londonderry.
This role is critical to the delivery of high-quality products and maintaining a safe, efficient, and continuously improving production environment.

Shifts across 2 weeks days andamp; 2 weeks nights
The Role
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily manufacturing operations. You''ll lead a team to deliver high-quality output while ensuring safety standards, cost-effectiveness, and team development are prioritised.
- Ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times, including correct use of PPE
- Leading and mentoring your team to achieve production targets in line with quality standards
- Coaching and supporting team development, performance appraisals, absence management, and succession planning
- Managing daily workflows, adjusting schedules as needed to meet production demands
- Monitoring production performance, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions
- Conducting team meetings, visual management updates, and providing regular feedback
- Collaborating with planning, engineering, and quality teams to meet business goals
- Maintaining accurate reporting via SAP and supporting CI projects
- Overseeing quality control processes and compliance with Health andamp; Safety procedures
- Acting as a role model and escalation point in your area
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive leader who is confident managing teams, solving problems, and driving high performance in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years'' experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems
- Excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills
- Flexible to work rotational 24/7 shift patterns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal systems
- Experience with SAP or similar systems
- Understanding of HSE, HR policies, and manufacturing compliance standards
- Desirable to have Level 4 diploma or similar qualification
- Desirable to have knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Continuous Improvement
